All orders are shipped at a cost of £3.95 per order. 2-5 days delivery time. This is the same if you order 1 item or 10. Free Delivery is given on orders over £150.

It will arrive in a box, or packet, from recycled cardboard boxes. We receive lots of deliveries here and re-use everything in line with our ethos. SO EXCUSE OUR PACKAGING if it doesn't look very pretty but we believe in reusing everything that comes through our door. Given it will end up in your recycling bin anyway we hope you agree this is a good idea.
We can gift wrap most items - the cost for this is £2.95, including the paper and a recycled ribbon/string with each item, and a recycled tag. Choose this option in on purchase.
Yes, please send us an email or use the notes section at checkout if you would like your gift (gift-wrapped or not) sent directly to someone other than the bill payer. To avoid mistakes with this please contact via immediately upon your order, as once things are shipped we cannot redirect.
We aim to get your products to you as soon as possible in approx 3-5 days. We handpick everything for you and send it to you in environmentally friendly packaging. Each order is hand-completed by a member of our team, so avoiding mistakes and damages to a minimum.
We can do an express delivery for an additional cost, please contact us for details.
Please return any unwanted items with 7 days of delivery, in complete, unopened, packaging in a condition that it can be re-sold to another customer. WE CANNOT ACCEPT FOOD RETURNS, as these are made to order. We cannot accept broken items, damaged packaging or items opened and re-sealed. Refunds are completed within 14 working days of receipt.
All orders must be placed through the website on our secure payment servers. We cannot accept payments over the telephone or cash on collection. However we are happy to chat with you regarding an order.
Please contact within 24 hours via the contact form on the website. Or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org , please also attach a photo of the damaged item. We will replace damaged items as soon as the item is received back with us. Please send these the cheapest way back to us. (We cannot accept food items back through the post). We will refund any postage costs on receipt, please attach a photo of your parcel receipt.
If the product is unopened and as sold we can accept this back for a refund (these excluded food items). Please post it back to us and we will refund the item in 5-7 working days. We cannot refund the postage in this instance, I am afraid.
